  • Can i get a driver to pick up my car for service?

    Yes we do arrange for drivers to pick up and drop off your car after servicing, please call our helpline for more details.

  • What is roadside assistance?

    Road Side Assistance or RSA is a new product from Sunshine Honda for complete peace of Mind ownership experience. The RSA team is a trained team to handle take care of all your emergencies 24X7. They are equipped with a flatbed towing truck to bring your car safely to the nearest Sunshine Honda service centre. Roadside assistance can be purchased from Sunshine Honda.

  • Do you have parking facility?

    Yes there is adequate parking facility at Sunshine Honda .

  • How long do i have to wait for my car to be serviced?

    A routine service takes about 2 hrs, where the vehicle is serviced as per the schedule, washed and cleaned and returned to the owner. Sometimes the nature of the job is different and the time taken for the job increases. Our trained service advisers will also guide you and inform you for the time taken to do the job.

  • What are the opening and closing hours?

    Sunshine Honda is open 7 days a week (closed only a few select national holidays). Jaipur - 09.30 AM to 7.00 PM/Sikar - 09.30 AM to 06.30 PM/Jhunjhunu - 09.30 AM to 06.30 PM

  • What is Honda Car Extended warranty?

    The Honda Care Extended Warranty is designed to bring peace of mind to Honda customer. Under this program, customer can add more years to warranty and its related benefits. Honda Care Extended Warranty support is available across the country at all Honda authorized dealerships. Applicable Vehicles - Cars within warranty period/ New vehicle (Duration - Options 1:- 3rd Year/ Upto 60,000 Km/Option 2 :- 3rd & 4th Year/ Upto 80,000 Km)

  • What is Honda Buddy Loyalty Program?

    Honda 2W or 4W customers are only eligible to qualify for “HONDA BUDDY/LOYALTY PROGRAMME” hereinafter referred to as the “ HBLP”. Employees of Honda Cars (I) Ltd. and its Dealers and their employees , DSAs and their employees,who are owners of Honda 2 W or 4 W are not eligible to qualify for this HBLP. In case of partnership/proprietorship firm, existing customer shall be eligible in the same name as per the existing 2W/4W registration certificate. This programme HBLP shall be run through our website www.hondacarindia.com where a link under the TAG “Honda Buddy/Loyalty Programme” under which it is mandatory for ( Honda 2W or 4W) customer to register themselves as per procedure mentioned therein. The Programme HBLP has 2 parts. One is Loyalty and second is Buddy or Referrals.
